In addition, we can act as your resident agent in Nebraska. Our annual fee for local representation is only $75 per year–much less than you would pay others. We can also arrange for your registered office in certain other jurisdictions.

Our standard fee for a Nebraska business incorporation is $599. A Nebraska LLC is also $599. Our fee includes preparation and filing of standard organizational papers, all filing fees, publication costs and other expenses in Nebraska and most other states* where we incorporate. There are no other fees if you have a local place of business in the state of incorporation at which the registered office can be located.
